Dana W. Benedict - Licensed in California since 1989 and also a licensed Nevada
Broker has always loved the technology side of real estate and even posted one
of the first Lake Tahoe real estate websites in 1995. Education includes a BS
University of Oregon; Economics, Sociology and a minor in computer science, 1984.
Dana has been one of the strongest real estate sales leaders since the early
90's consistently earning high awards and performing in the top 2% nationwide
in the Century 21 system.
Michelle Benedict - Licensed in California since 1996 teamed with her husband
Dana to initially bring the then unique Team concept to fruition. Since joining
Dana the results have been dramatic. From 5-6 million in annual sales the totals
climbed to nearly double that and the team knew that they were on the right track.
Michelle's organizational skills along with her sheer good humor makes her absolutely
essential to running a team organization that becomes more and more complicated
on a daily basis. Michelle's education also includes a BS from The University
of Oregon; Sociology, 1984. |
